Due to the ongoing and daily changes to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation we have made the difficult decision to cancel our upcoming concerts for the remainder of March and those taking place in April and May.
We express our sincere apologies as we find ourselves in this horrible situation. We acknowledge that many of you will be disappointed and we are devastated to have to cancel so many upcoming concerts, affecting both you, our audience, and the musicians and artists involved.
You can support the musicians who will no longer be performing with us along with other independent artists and musicians by purchasing their online music and merchandise. Streaming music is a great way to discover new music however it doesn’t directly support the musicians and artists involved. Buying CDs direct from the musician or artist is a great way to show your support, so where and when you can purchase their music either directly from their website, by emailing them personally or from platforms such as Bandcamp.

Due to the extremely high number of event cancellations currently being handled by TicketSource, refunds will unfortunately take longer than usual to process- thank you for your patience and understanding.
We will endeavour to keep you updated should any of the information below change significantly. We are sorry to disappoint you in cancelling our upcoming concerts however the health and safety of our staff and you, our audience, is paramount.
Postponements – Touring Artists
This concert is being postponed to September 15th. All tickets for the original date will remain valid for the new date. However we will process refunds should you be unable to attend the new date. Please email us if you would like to request a refund (with ‘Lost Words – Refund Request’ in the subject line). Our staff team all work part-time and we will process your refund as quickly as we can.
This concert is being postponed and will take place during our 2020-21 season – the date is to be confirmed so in the meantime we will process refunds against all tickets already sold.
The following concerts will not be taking place and automatic refunds will be processed:
Jason Rebello Trio – Thursday 30 April (please note refunds are being processed through Sheffield Jazz)
Our free lunchtime and rush hour concerts will not take place during the remainder of the season.
Please note that Ticket Source has waived all refund handling fees in response to the ongoing situation. However, refunds requested prior any official cancellation and/or postponement of an event will not include the booking fee share of the ticket price (7.5%), and unfortunately any delivery fees (if requested) are non-refundable.
