Formed in October 2022 after meeting at Vintage Paradise – a gathering place for Sheffield music lovers – the band explored different music styles and completed their preliminary run-in and first open performance at Coco Bar. Since then, they have performed to audiences of over 50 people, drawing attention from fans of all backgrounds and tastes. In February 2023, Random Digit were invited to perform at the Sheffield Chinese Students and Scholars Association Spring Festival Gala, where they showcased their multifaceted nature as musicians, seamlessly switching between different musical styles and genres. The audience responded strongly, and the band’s performance was a huge success.
