Chichi Li (Shiqi Li), Piano
Chichi Li is a collaborative pianist with extensive performance experience in the UK, China, and the US. She holds a Master of Performance in Piano Accompaniment with Distinction from the Royal Northern College of Music, where she studied under David Jones and Kathryn Stott. She has appeared at major venues including Wigmore Hall, Manchester Cathedral, and the
International Clarinet Association’s Low Clarinet Festival in
Arizona. Currently a collaborative pianist at the University of Sheffield, she is highly sought after for her versatility across vocal, wind, and string repertoire.

Johanna Leung, Clarinet
Johanna Leung is a classically trained clarinettist, holding a Master of Performance from the Royal Northern College of Music under Antonio Salguero, Chris Swann, and Sarah Watts. She has performed with ensembles including The Halle Orchestra, UnHeard Ensemble, and the Northern Film Orchestra, appearing at venues such as Manchester Cathedral, Sheffield Cathedral, and Liverpool Philharmonic Hall. Festival highlights include the GAIA Festival of the Earth, Tête à Tête Opera Festival, and Már Gunnarsson’s concert tour in Iceland and the UK. She is also active in education and outreach, directing ensembles, teaching clarinet and saxophone, and leading Arts Council England–funded projects that celebrate cultural diversity through music.

Yanke Dai, Clarinet/Bass clarinet
Yanke Dai is a PhD student in bass clarinet performance at the University of Sheffield under Dr Sarah Watts. As both clarinettist and bass clarinettist, he performs extensively across different countries and international festivals, presenting a wide-ranging repertoire from Romantic and contemporary works to jazz, electronic, and Chinese folk music. He is particularly dedicated to
expanding the artistic possibilities and repertoire of the bass clarinet through both performance and research.

Congyuan Xiao, Cello
Congyuan Xiao, born in China, is currently an undergraduate student in Cello Performance at the Royal Northern College of Music, where he studies with Professor Gillian Thoday. He has also received guidance from several internationally renowned cellists, enriching his stylistic and technical versatility. An active chamber musician, Congyuan has appeared in solo recitals and ensemble concerts both in China and abroad, collaborating with a
wide range of vocalists and instrumentalists. His repertoire spans classical to contemporary works, demonstrating his versatility and expressive artistry.

Jocelyn Lau, Violin
Born in Hong Kong, Jocelyn Lau completed her postgraduate studies at the Royal Northern College of Music with distinction under Pavel Fischer and James Clark. Now based in Manchester, she is active as a freelance violinist and teacher. Jocelyn performs widely as a soloist, chamber musician, and orchestral player, with highlights including Brahms’ Violin Concerto with the Hazel Grove Symphony Orchestra, festival appearances across the UK, and
collaborations with Manchester Camerata, Irish National Opera, and international ensembles. She is currently the violinist of the Calder Piano Trio and the Agogo Quartet.
