The Devil Went Down To Parliament

SUTCo debut a political satire play written by Lilly Ryan.

Four ordinary people have their lives changed and their poisonous ambitions brought to the forefront when a man who might just be the actual devil pays London a visit. Ernest, Justus, Charity and Hope all think they have their principles firmly set in place, before Lucius, a snarky and elusive figure claiming to be a political advisor working for “Osculum Obscenum Communications”, arrives and makes his mark. The chaos begins, but debts must be paid, as a man-made apocalypse may be starting to take form… The Devil Went Down to Parliament is a political satire, using absurd comedy to explore themes of wealth, power and corruption.
