When a mysterious character, known only as the ‘Maniac,’ is detained in a police station interrogation room, he uncovers a deadly cover up related to a series of protest bombings, the suspect in question having recently “accidentally” fallen out of a window to their death in this very building. Equipped with a tour de force of quick wit, acting prowess and a bag of various disguises, the Maniac evades arrest and infiltrates their ranks to manipulate the corrupt police officers into a truth-inducing hysteria.
