This rush hour concert sees a performance from the wonderful Maryland Clarinet Choir!
The Maryland Clarinet Choir is a premier ensemble comprised of talented clarinetists from the studio of Robert DiLutis at the University of Maryland, College Park. Under Professor DiLutis’s direction, the choir explores a diverse repertoire that showcases the vast expressive range and tonal beauty of the clarinet family. The ensemble has earned international acclaim with featured performances at the International Clarinet Association’s ClarinetFest in Ostend, Belgium, as well as successful tours through Austria and Ireland. Consisting of award-winning musicians, the choir performs frequently at the Clarice Smith Performing Arts Center, captivating audiences with their technical precision and signature rich, unified sound.
